Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows it. We don't ship internationally yet.

How we ship

Perfume contains alcohol and is classed as a flammable liquid for shipping, so it travels by ground service only. Air and overnight shipping aren't available.

When it arrives

Orders leave within 1 to 2 business days. Ground delivery usually takes 2 to 7 business days after that, depending on where you are. You'll get an email with tracking once your order ships.

Problems with delivery

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email contact@thearomacoma.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right.
